How do I earn points?

You earn reward points on specific tyres purchased. Check with your Grouptyre BDM which tyres you earn points on.

At various points during the year there will be flash promotions which will allow you to earn points on other brands for a specific period of time.

Questions your local Business Development Manager can assist with:
  • The person who registered is no longer here
  • I cannot remember the email address I registered with
  • I’ve changed my email address
  • I think I should have more points than are showing on the website
Questions the GTRewards Team can assist with:
  • I have not received my order
  • The sizing is wrong on the merchandise I received

How do I know how many points I have to spend?

Your current points total is displayed on the home page and in the top right hand corner throughout the website

Can I have my rewards sent to a different email address?

Unfortunately not. Rewards merchandise/vouchers can only be sent to the registered address

Do I have to spend all of my points together?

No. You can redeem as many or as few points as often as you like.  Redeem little and often or save up for something big

How often can I redeem?

You can redeem as often as you like

I want to redeem my points against more than one Love2Shop Rewards Card, what do I do?

When placing an order there is an opportunity to signify that you require the value to be split onto multiple cards.  You can select as many or as few vouchers as you wish up to the value on your Love2Shop Rewards Card.  For full details please visit the Love2Shop website

How will I receive my Love2Shop Rewards Card(s)?

All Love2Shop Rewards Cards are sent via recorded delivery to the address registered on the Grouptyre Rewards 2017 Programme

Can I use my Love2Shop Rewards Card as soon as I receive it?

You must activate the card first via the Flexecash website and enter the 19 digit card number.  Once this short process is complete you can begin to use your card

I have lost my Love2Shop Rewards Card, what do I do?

Please call 0844 3750 739.  Your card will be suspended for 48 hours (allowing time for someone to find it).  If you are unable to locate the card during this period, please redial the number and a replacement card with the applicable balance will be despatched.

Please note that £8.90 will be deducted from the balance of the card to cover administration costs
